wahaha im home on a monday =P but a bit uneasy lol cos it feels a bit weird. booking in tonight...a bit sian lol.

then after that my dad suggested going to our previous house to take a look...i was like ok cool so we drove over and went up...like quite nostalgic la. even thou i last been there when i was 4...thats like 15 years?

hard to imagine, im finally bored of my game...blah really quite sian lei. walao eh dunno y this feeling suxs lol. and im not planning to start a new game also. haiz see how.
but anyway. im using my old com now...which is now very old, like almost 6years, it gives me problems like sudden shutdown, blue screen of death, and super slow la. but at least its handy and after a simple restore it works for a long time fine.
but my newer com, um like almost 2 years, gives me heck loads of problems. probably its the FREE part daggling all around. yes. its free, a free 1gb ram com given thru a promotion of increasing internet broadband spd...
like 5months back i got the technician to change the motherboard and it worked fine after sometime...but then like 2months later it gives me probs again..probably is the graphics capability or smthg. blah. now i cant get it working again =(

well at least now im not playing my game im gonna find a new blogskin...this current one a bit old la. since forever =.=

every single day of aoh is a really tiring one which leaves me shag like never before when i get home (except the two days where i get to stay home =P) but overall its quite an experience to be able to display my equipment to the public, and get to see lots of children climbing up the tank.
well yea sometimes it gets really frustrating when u have to repeat ur question a hundred times because u r standing under the most cool part about the whole equipment...the rods. and yes. they r not weapons. its even worse when u have just finished explaining wat they r and then immediately someone who was standing beside the person u were explaining to stepped over and ask exactly the same question. super tulan can. like ull be thinking y they werent listening when u r saying. but never mind it trains patience i guess lol.
and today i saw this super adorable girl who is like 5 years old or smthg? i dunno y but she kinda gives me the feeling that she really looks like the girl i like...maybe when she herself is 5 years old lol. but watever. make me sound disgusting. but ok im really happy that aoh is finally over!

dunno y i just blogged that, but its a fact that i spend really little...and maybe learning from ppl that they spend much more make me feel slightly better about spending my money? especially those not very well-spent ones haha.

quite obvious but also sad, my parents stopped giving me pocket money like last nov or smthg. so now for once (well im abit of a pampered child) im spending my own money that i 'earned' (yea cheap labour), it gives a totally different feeling, u start to actually care about the price of the item u r buying much more, whether its worth it, and u feel a kind of satifiscation of being able to control how u want to spend ur money or smthg....or maybe that its spending of my own money, i can buy wat i want...but at the same time abit heart pain if spend too much lol.

tmr might be going to some farm with my family =.= should be near gedong there haha. talk about going there in the morning then again when i book in at night XD but need to consider want to go or not still lol

today had an early bookout but also spent a really long time (like 45min) just stoning outside the guardroom waiting for a cab...like so sad can. reached home at 7+ after wandering around white sands for a short while. im like...really tired (i think i should go bathe soon eh) and its 11pm already. rawr. feeling a bit sian la. thats y im blogging. its something...i do only when im really bored, feeling happy, or feeling down.
oh well. my course is coming to an end...only one more week of training to go, then another week of exercise, then its back to nee soon for another week of summary. will pass quite fast then i can imagine. then it will be back to pasir laba camp for my graduation parade rehearsals. cant wait for that black rank.
nxt week wun be too bad either, with only 4 days (friday is off), and a end-of-course dinner at newton (if i havent heard wrong)...

thursday came and the thought that the nxt day i would be graduating from BSLC didnt came as nice as i thought due to wat lays ahead - 30km route march =.=
started at kranji war memorial and we r supposed to walk all the way back to camp lol. started at around 9.30pm and finished at 5.05am, with really minimal breaks inbetween. shant elaborate on how tiring it was, and how my feet feels like its like gonna split upon every step, just half way towards my destination.

well but we perservered and encouraged each other thru our singing which get rids of all the thoughts bout the pain and fatigue and jus walk...

then after the march i fell out for the grad parade cos it was just a waste of time imo lol. then somemore my feet was hurting like hell with slight abrasion on my left inner thigh. rawr.

ended with some final admin and then it was our verdict day on where we going for our new unit. pity those going ASLC lol. but then again im posted to armoured engineer...will have to see how crappy or all right it is for myself. hope its not too bad XD

ok ignore the crap. was kinda lazy to blog last night and this morning haha. so...anyway. retook ippt on thursday in hopes of improving my ippt results...(didnt think i could get gold) well it went ok i guess.

pullups went down by 2 to 20 after a few weeks of field camp and no practising at all.
shuttle run improved from 10.3 to 9.9~ (yea ok i run slow.)
sbj was still the usual 234...
and sit ups were horrible. still 39 lmao i really dunno wat im doing... (40 for 5 pts...easily achieveable by all)
and...my 2.4 run improved alot wahaha. thou sadly still like 10 seconds away from silver...but proud of myself already...from 10.40 ran until like 9.55 or so...damn zai can. should have pushed myself more thou...my 100dollars flies away. lalala.

its WEDNESDAY night, 7.54pm, and im at home~ omgish. cause its nights out for us...rite now really quite slack life after all the major events...ftw. just sian-ed looking at 28km road march nxt week. haiz. just make it thru! and hope i get my dream posting wahaha.

tmr is re-ippt...have to run at least 9.44min for my 2.4km for my gold..which is like almost 1min faster than my previous silver timing. gosh. quite imposible rite. but im gonna try...pia my ass off! just try for my all time best timing bah. will be something interesting i guess. going back soon. haha i dunno y i came all the way home just for like 3hours+ but okayz.

happy to be home but quite disappointed to find out ive been rejected for double degree in SMU..i guess its due to my lousy GP score. should have tried taking SAT? suxs but ok lor suck thumb...actually to look on the bright side single degree is also quite ok la. less pressure and more free time bah. given my slack mentality i might not be able to cope haha. but see how bah. need advice.

grand slam

went for grand slam on tuesday...is like a summary field camp. starting with navigation on the first day. i was leading...the first two checkpoints i damn zai k. find damn easily. then after that navigate until hor lan already =.=' then i experienced the worst hour in my 19 years when i stepped into the mangrove swamps of tekong =.=

started in trying to avoiding the muddy water, then kanna stung by hornets. kao. damn pain lor. then was carrying signal set. damn heavy lor. but as i was pulled in deeper and deeper into the swamp to get away from the hornets, panic started to increase as the water lvl gets higher and higher, and even after half an hour of bashing thru the swamp it seems hopeless, endless and a helpless cause. even the pain from my 3 stings and the fatigue on my shoulders from carrying signal set dissipated as we only want to get out get out get out get the eff out of there. its really hard to describe how effed up it was, especially when u fall down and the water submerges up to ur chest. i dun even want to think about it already la. cant describe how good it felt to be out from there too. after that went to medical centre for hornet sting medication that i didnt even take. at least there was no reaction and the pain disappeared after the night.

the second day was just really tiring with all the running around and bashing thru forests doing drills. then the third day was grand slack. whole day did almost nothing but sit around eating stuff and chatting haha. but the final night was crapped up. just slept in the middle of some bush by a tree, sleeping on the forest floor just like that, then feets also cant stretch out properly cause or else ull stick ur legs into some vines lol. oh well. just glad its over.

today's interview was ok bah. somewhat more nervous then i felt as i was quite confident but my voice came out like crap seriously.

and monday is my sis's bdae. wonder wat to get her. maybe nothing. since she already gotten so many presents. and im busy. wahahaha...

went to downtown east for lunch and movie, which is to say, to spend some money. (hard earned money) lots of talking crap and trying to waste time until 5.20pm which was the movie time. actually some of them wanted to watch coming soon which i wasnt really interested in. better things to do then try to scare urself rite. then in the end we all agreed on watching kung fu chefs (kfc)...which i actually tot about watching the previous time when it came out le. so we went in and then got quite disappointed by the retarded ending. dunno how to describe la. but not as good as i expected la. was like walaoing and wthing at the end. but ok la at least its $6 nia.

pleased wif my results i guess. at least wun be scorned on by my dad for playing com all day. ha.

after the list of 3H2 distinctions passed my name i kinda felt damn sian. thou i really didnt expect to be on list anyway. had already made the worst case scenerio prepartions already mah....then come the 4H2 distinctions...kinda knew cfm wun have. but secretly hoping got. then when really got. effff! was so surprised and elated at the same time. seriously cant believe it.

but coming to reflect...i probably dun really deserve scoring so well..i think its like very lucky lor. i mean i really did put in effort (definitely much more than Os) but still probably less than some ppl that didnt did as well (considering how i still playing computer games rite before As). but i do believe that those who put in effort did get rewards for wat they put in. and for those who didnt score as well as they were expecting or hoping for, my advice is to not think about it as its not gonna help anyway. instead spend effort thinking how to make the best of wat u got. yep.

then like for econs...really dunno how i get A la..damn tyco. cause i hear everyone like write 18 pages or smthg for essay when i only write 8 pages. then i sian liao. then case study interpret smthg wrongly. but watever la.

6th March 6am in the morning.

woke up at 3+am and couldnt slp due to my blocked nose (both of them!) and lots of itching on my legs...probably those sandfly bites spammed on my legs and hands...zzz maybe go take a nap again later before i go sch at noon.

booked out last night, booked out with my field pack and my bulky duffel bag. feeling very high cause its the last book out before our GP..only thing quite sian is that today will be results day. but i believe ive already prepared myself mentally adequately for watever results i get, to not cry over split milk but instead make the best of wat i get, unlike for my Os where i just bo chap watever.

looking forward to GP on 11march not only cause it would mean BMT is over...but also cause after going thru the rehearsals i think it would really be fun to be part of the parade...thou it would be really tiring esp after the long 24km march in the morning. oh well. the only thing sian is that after the 11days leave..will be reporting to new unit which is most probably even more jiat lat. haiz.

booked out! 48 hours before ill be back at saf ferry terminal waiting to book in. haiz. time always pass so fast. but today was great i guess cause my ippt improved from a fail to silver wahaha. and i ran my fastest 2.4 timing ever~ like almost 2min improvement from the first one.

well anyway gonna enjoy my precious time so happy valentines day everyone cause iwun be home for 2 weeks after i book in on sunday..
